Emily Beale (she/her)
Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher
I am an RYT 500 trained specifically in trauma sensitive yoga, the only yoga based clinical intervention for complex trauma. I offer this on a one to one basis, as well as a weekly group class at 6pm on Wednesdays at the Yoga Tree.
Yoga for me is a safe place to start to feel the fullness of the complex and confusing human experience, and I hope to share that with other people who are looking for a way back to themselves.

Adrienne Wilkinson (she/they)
Massage Therapist
I am a holistic massage therapist. My interest in bodywork grew from my own journey of connection and healing. Our bodies hold stress, and through massage we can gently release it—soothing the nervous system, easing pain, and letting emotions move. There is no right way to have a body — massage can help you befriend yours and feel safe within it. Consent and choice guide every session—we’ll talk, plan together, and adjust as we go so you can truly relax and receive.

Holly Lerski (she/her)
Singer/songwriter
Founder of Laundry WRR, Holly Lerski spent decades writing, performing, and releasing records that quietly found their way into the world.
A founding member of 90s folk-rock band Angelou, her songs have drawn praise from Uncut, Mojo, The Sunday Times and The Telegraph, and reached BBC Radio 2 daytime audiences.
Her most recent record, Sweet Decline, was written on a solo journey across America and brought to life in Nashville with producer Matt “Truck” Roley and a circle of exceptional musicians. The album was widely recognised for its storytelling — songs that feel lived-in, human, and true.
Across her work, Holly writes in search of connection — blending poetic instinct with real-world experience. It’s a craft shaped over time, guided by feel, and rooted in the belief that songs, when made well, have a way of finding their people.
