Join us for a genuinely affordable afternoon event designed for and by queer people. Tickets start at £15 for the full afternoon! Create community, try new activities, dedicate time to your own self care in a space designed for you.
Activities include: Yoga, dance, Zumba, writing workshops, meditation, community advice sessions, talks!

Wake up to the Day Yoga with Emily 11:30 - 12:30pm (Main Studio)
Zumba with Asha 12:30 - 1:30pm (Main Studio)
Zumba is a high impact group movement fitness class which incorporates simple and easy to follow choreography. It is primarily inspired by Latin rhythms, but Asha likes to include a range of other genres too. You can expect the likes of reggaeton, salsa, drum and bass, merengue and dancehall. Having a fire playlist is everything because although it is a workout, it feels like a dance party!
For QJM this month Asha will lead a dynamic and empowering 45 minute class. It is suitable for all levels including beginners (prior dance experience isn’t necessary). In fact we highly encourage you to come join in whether you’re a zumba regular, seasoned home-only dancer, or a complete movement newbie. It does not matter as long as we are having fun together, and you leave smiling. Bring plenty of water and wear comfortable clothing you can sweat in. We look forward to dancing with you!
‘Inspired Movement’ Dance 2:30pm - 3:15pm (Main Studio)
Inspired Movement - A creative dance class for non-dancers to explore and express themselves. We'll hone a deep connection to our creativity through gentle prompts and playful activities. Learn a few new skills and then celebrate your own creativity. We’re shaking off the doubts and reclaiming our artistry through movement.
Spicy Vinyasa Yoga with Stu 3:15pm - 4pm (Main Studio)
Stuart invites you to join an explorative hour of Vinyasa yoga in which you will learn the beauty of combining breath control with movement and keeping your nervous system calm with one leg in the air and upside down. Open to all levels for a chance to explore some fun new postures and learn how through wobbles and falls we build resilience, slightly challenging but hey… we are queer! We can do anything!

Step into Mindfulness 11:30 - 12:30 (Treatment Room 1)
A gentle introduction to mindfulness and meditation! We will explore a safe space resourcing meditation, a loving kindness metta meditation, and a deep listening exercise. Wrapped in gratitude throughout, come along for an opportunity for quiet, interoception, and being one with the people around us.
This Is A Lot: A Queer Burnout Reset 12:30-1:30pm (Treatment Room 1)
A gentle, honest space to talk about queer burnout and why everything can feel like a lot right now. We’ll explore what’s actually going on in our bodies and minds, look at simple ways to complete the stress cycle, and have space for questions and real-life conversations.
